掌跖角化病的诊断要点
1．婴儿期发病，常有家族史。
2．损害只限于掌跖，对称分布。患处皮肤变厚、发硬、光滑、发亮、干燥，呈淡黄色，边缘截然。常于冬季发生皲裂。
3．一般无主观症状，裂隙较深时有痛感。有些病例赫汗。
4．病程终身不变，外伤后可加重。
5．与角化型足癣等鉴别。
