结合莱西老龄化发展趋势
组织编制了《莱西市养老服务设施专项规划
（2021—2035年）（征求意见稿）》
根据该规划，我市将建立
“居家为基础、社区相融合、机构为补充、
医养相结合、康养共发展、
城乡一体化”的养老服务体系
现面向社会公开征求意见
