白天实行村干部轮流坐班服务。夜晚，社区里成立了6人站岗巡逻队和6人治安守望队，实现了24小时服务全覆盖，近年来，该社区的服务受到了广大村民的一致好评，未发生一起到镇及以上各级的信访案件。
