近日记者从洛阳市孟津区相关部门获悉，洛阳市孟津区9·19日遭遇强降雨天气，强降雨导致多数村民房屋倒塌，因人员未按要求全员撤离，造成5人死亡;目前，涉事两乡镇党委书记已被“停止”党内工作职务，要求专职进行防洪救灾。
