重庆水务(601158)9月22日晚间公告，公司将以货币资金方式分期出资10亿元组建管网公司，其中出资6亿元组建重庆水务集团排水管网有限公司（公司持股比例为60%），出资4亿元参与组建重庆三峡排水管网有限公司（公司持股比例为40%）。公司对2家管网公司的首期出资共计1000万元。
