9月14日，记者从儋州市扫黑除恶斗争领导小组办公室获悉，根据法院判决，儋州市公安局将依法拍卖一套涉案房产，原起拍价：462.16万元，现起拍价369.72万元，降价93万，竞买保证金：20万元。
拍卖将于2021年9月22日10时起拍（延时的除外）在京东网络平台()进行竞价公开拍卖。
地址：儋州市那大镇新世纪小区G3、G17号土地，面积560㎡及地上房产面积443.54㎡。
