道里区沿江景观改造项目
井街至斯大林街路段通道
正在紧张建设之中。
该通道位于哈尔滨青年宫北侧，一端连接滨州铁路桥下斯大林街，一端与井街相连，建成后将对缓解斯大林街、井街及江畔路周边交通压力起到积极作用。
