柬埔寨海关总署发布通告称，从9月1日起该署将加强对各类进口手机和SIM卡的关税征收。
通告指出，目前柬埔寨互联网用户已累计达1550万，截至2020年5月，柬埔寨6家运营商的移动手机用户为2048万，较2019年同期下降0.08%；移动互联网用户为1486万3435；固定互联网用户为24万9132，同比增长33.07%。
