按照《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第七十七条的规定：机动车驾驶人因死亡的，车辆管理所应当注销其机动车驾驶证。经对富源县辖区的摩托车类驾驶证进行清理，涉及摩托车驾驶人因死亡，未收回机动车驾驶证共115人，经公安交管平台注销驾驶证，按规定公告机动车驾驶证作废。（公告作废详细明细如下）
