北京商报讯（记者 马换换）9月1日晚间，华宇软件(300271)发布公告称，公司当日上午10:15左右收到北京市监察委员会《立案通知书》。
具体来看，北京市监察委员会决定对华宇软件涉嫌单位行贿的违纪/违法问题立案审查/调查。
华宇软件表示，截至目前，公司尚不知晓所涉事项及原因，目前暂时无法判断可能的影响。
