8月30日上午11时，湖北省政府新闻办召开新闻发布会，解读《关于提振重点消费促进消费增长的若干措施》重点内容，并回答记者提问。
发布会介绍，自2021年9月1日至2021年12月31日，面向湖北省内居民（包括省外来鄂人员）在“中秋”、“国庆”、“双十一”、“双十二”等时间节点，分批次投放消费券，充分激活消费潜能。
