证券时报e公司讯，华宇软件(300271)8月29日晚间公告，公司未收到董事长邵学关于2021年半年度报告相关议案的意见，邵学将不能在本次董事会履行董事职责。同时，公司董事会获悉邵学目前被北京市监察委员会立案调查并留置。华宇软件表示，经了解，上述情况仅针对邵学个人，与公司无关。
