8月21日，呼兰公安分局发布警情通报：2021年8月18日12时许，高某义（男，56岁，黑龙江省公安厅常务副厅长）失联，公安机关随即开展查找工作，8月21日6时许，在松花江呼兰区杨林乡段水域发现一具男性尸体，经现场勘察和检验鉴定，死者身着游泳短裤，体表无伤痕，确认为高某义，系溺水身亡。
