证券时报e公司讯，山西焦煤(000983)8月19日晚间公告，公司拟通过发行股份及支付现金方式，购买控股股东焦煤集团持有的分立后存续的华晋焦煤51%股权；购买李金玉、高建平合计持有的明珠煤业49%股权，同时募集配套资金。此次交易价格尚未确定，公司股票将于8月20日开市起复牌。
