8月16日下午，新浪发布全员信，将严禁性骚扰内容增补进《员工手册》中反性骚扰的规定里。新增加的内容包括：公司坚决反对任何形式和一切人际交往之间的性骚扰，坚决维护员工正当权益，致力于营造互相尊重的、健康的、没有偏见和骚扰的工作环境。男性员工的相关权益也在保护范围之内。
