桃李桦烛
精于镌艺邮鲁迅，
现代版画会风云。
正直无私品高洁，
投笔从戎绘乾坤。
李桦(1907—1994)，擅长版画、美术史论、美术教育。1930年留学日本，“九·一八”愤而后回国。1934年在广州组织“现代版画会”，是响应鲁迅号召的新兴木刻运动的先驱者之一。
