中证网讯（记者 王博）*ST天龙（300029）8月3日晚间公告，公司及全资子公司四川中蜀世联建筑工程有限公司近日与安徽华电工程咨询设计有限公司签署《山西灵丘县20MW分散式风电项目设备采购合同》、《山西灵丘县20MW分散式风电项目施工承包合同》等多份合同，总计金额为人民币2.52亿元，占公司2020年度经审计总资产的113.99%。
