今天（7月31日）上午，泉州市第十六届人民代表大会第七次会议在泉州人民会堂举行第二次全体会议。大会采用无记名投票的方式，补选蔡战胜为泉州市人民政府市长，傅藏荣为泉州市监察委员会主任，郑隆松为泉州市人民检察院检察长。
