位于广西桂平市的大藤峡水利枢纽工程被喻为珠江上的“三峡工程”。2020年，大藤峡水利枢纽根据生物多样性保护要求，针对当地特有和珍稀鱼类资源展开人工繁育研究和鱼苗培育等工作，补充鱼类资源，保护生物多样性。
