中证网讯（记者 黄一灵）据银保监会网站7月30日消息，银保监会同意上海银行筹建上银理财有限责任公司，并要求上海银行严格按照有关法律法规要求办理筹建事宜，自批复之日起6个月内完成筹建工作。
