当地时间7月27日，德国制药和农用化学品巨头拜耳公司位于勒沃库森的危险废物焚烧工厂发生爆炸，现场冒出大量浓烟。
有关部门已发布“极度危险”警报，消防部门警告市民保持门窗关闭，如果在户外应尽可能返回室内。爆炸原因尚不清楚，警方与消防部门正在行动。勒沃库森地区部分高速公路已完全关闭。
