据网信郑州消息，河南郑州持续强降雨天气，给全市人民生命财产安全造成巨大损失，生产生活带来严重影响。截至7月23日12时，据初步统计，紧急转移安置395989人，农作物受灾面积44209.73公顷，直接经济损失655亿元，暴雨引发的洪涝和次生灾害已导致51人遇难。
