上半年，在两河口、叶巴滩、苏洼龙等水电站的支撑下，甘孜藏族自治州工业投资增长14.1%，两年平均增长8.8%，比上月加快1.2个百分点，占全社会投资39.7%，增速位列四川省第十六位，低于四川省平均水平0.4个百分点，其中，优势矿产投资增长24.2%；制造业投资下降16.3%；生态能源投资增长15.3%；电网建设投资增长37%。
