智通财经APP获悉，7月16日(周五)美股盘初，截至北京时间21:33，铜道控股(GLG.US)大涨25.63%，报1.02美元。据悉，铜道控股今日宣布已与广东金博创专用汽车有限公司、湖南金镁科新材料有限公司以及它们的股东签订非约束性意向书，将收购上述两家公司，进军无人物流和新能源汽车行业。
