7月16日，武汉市江汉区纪念渡江节的活动在汉江举行。
当日下午，江汉区文化和旅游局、江汉区水务和湖泊局、区公安局等单位，在长江与汉江交汇之处的汉口集家嘴晴川桥下汉江，组织、举行了渡江活动。
江汉区60名男女游泳健儿欢聚在晴川桥下，运动员在做下水前的热身运动后，去、回两趟畅游了汉江。
