泉州市世界贸易中心有限公司开发建设的泉州世界贸易中心项目因投入资金巨大，项目建设过程中经营不善导致建设资金链断裂，致使项目结构封顶后处于停工状态。为促成该项目复工建设，成立泉州世界贸易中心项目清算组协调推动。目前，开发企业引进一家意向重整投资方，拟通过破产重整程序解决项目烂尾问题。（2021-07-06）
