证券时报e公司讯，金诚信(603979)7月16日晚间公告，拟投资3.90亿美元用于刚果（金）Lonshi铜矿项目的建设(该金额包含已支付的SkyPearl收购款3378万美元)。项目拟定露天和地下联合开采，采选原矿处理规模合计为150万吨/年。
