证券时报e公司讯，珠海港(000507)7月15日晚间公告，公司与香港上市公司中国天伦燃气控股有限公司于今日在珠海签订《战略合作协议》，协议有限期为五年，双方一致同意建立长期、稳定、共赢的全面战略合作伙伴关系，不断深化和探索双方在新能源领域的共同合作，探索构建以风电、光伏等新能源技术与传统燃气服务相结合的新型能源服务体系。公司持有天伦燃气11.96%股权。
