智通财经APP讯，港华燃气(01083)发布公告，有关拟向上海燃气增资47亿元，实施拟议南向认购实现相互持股25%。增资协议下的交割已于2021年7月9日发生。
于交割后，港华燃气直接持有目标公司的25%股权。目标公司因此被视为港华燃气的联营公司，而其业绩将于港华燃气集团的综合财务报表按权益法入账。
