岗巴冲斯（卡垫）制造技艺具有悠久的历史，是自治区级非物质文化遗产。
2015年在传承人央拉姆的带领下岗巴县门德村岗母冲农民专业合作社成立，合作社生产的产品均采用岗巴羊的羊毛进行纯手工加工制作。
2020年该合作社分红达7万元，实现农牧民传承非遗促增收。
