记者4日从宁夏自然资源厅了解到，为深化矿产资源管理改革，宁夏选取吴忠市及其所辖县（区）开展为期2年的净采矿权出让试点工作，构建政府主导、部门协同、市场决定、科学配置、社会监督的矿产资源“净矿”出让工作机制。
