智通财经APP讯，生兴控股(01472)发布公告，预期截至2021年3月31日止年度将取得的纯利将较集团于截至2020年3月31日止财政年度取得的纯利约4800万港元减少，幅度介于45%至50%之间。溢利减少主要由于本财政年度的土木工程收益减少及行政开支增加所致。
