6月28日，资本邦了解到，金莱特(002723.SZ)发布公告，全资子公司国海建设有限公司(以下简称“国海建设”)为“湛江华发新城市北花园项目590C及公配建地块总承包工程项目”的中标单位，本项目合同价人民币5.61亿元。
金莱特表示，合同的履行将加大公司在建筑产业方面的比重，对公司经营业绩产生积极影响。
