日前，山东水利技师学院交通工程系教师在参加新能源汽车技术职业技能竞赛。近年来，该学院每年都组织开展全院大比武活动，教师们把竞赛活动作为技能训练的新课堂，达到了“以赛促教、以赛促学、以赛促改”的目的。翟慎安李华摄
