证券时报e公司讯，天神娱乐(002354)6月14日晚公告，公司拟按9.03亿元的对价转让幻想悦游93.5417%股权。交易后，公司不再持有幻想悦游股权，此次交易预计产生收益约1.3亿元。据悉，幻想悦游作为单纯的海外游戏发行商，随着近几年游戏获取成本和推广费用攀升，利润空间受到严重挤压，已在2019年和2020年形成连续亏损。
