通化市公安局落实公安部开展的打击治理惩戒开贩银行卡专项行动，现对以下16人予以惩戒。
以上被惩戒人员：五年内仅保留一张银行卡、五年内不得新开账户、五年内暂停非柜面业务、支付账户所有业务、五年内停止一切移动支付。
