烟台市应急管理局矿山安全监督管理科原科长刘腾云涉嫌受贿一案，由烟台市蓬莱区监察委员会调查终结，移送检察机关审查起诉。经烟台市人民检察院指定管辖，由烟台市蓬莱区人民检察院审查起诉。2021年5月24日，烟台市蓬莱区人民检察院依法以涉嫌受贿罪对刘腾云作出逮捕决定。
目前，该案正在进一步办理中。
