24日，黑龙江省药品监督管理局、哈尔滨市市场监督管理局联合启动“安全用妆 美丽有法”主题化妆品安全科普宣传周活动。据悉，《化妆品监督管理条例》已经2020年1月3日国务院第77次常务会议通过，现予公布，自2021年1月1日起施行。
