证券时报网讯，据新华社19日消息，对贵州省首例耕地保护民事公益诉讼案，贵州省毕节市中级人民法院近日公开开庭审理并当庭宣判，判决被告立即停止对农用地非法占用，限期复垦修复。目前，被非法占用的农用地已完成修复，并种上了农作物。毕节市相关部门在此建立了“毕节市耕地保护警示教育基地”。
