近日，关于青岛市2021年第3批次建设用地实施方案的批复公布，批复称，根据《自然资源部关于济南市等 9 市 2019 年度农转用和土地征收方案的批复》（自然资函〔2019〕654 号），同意青岛市上报的农用地转用和土地征收实施方案，总计土地 3.8258 公顷。土地所属为青岛市城阳区城阳街道前桃林社区。
