北京商报讯（记者 董亮 实习记者 丁宁）5月16日晚间，龙蟒佰利（002601）发布公告称，公司拟将公司名称变更为龙佰集团股份有限公司，并将证券简称变更为龙佰集团。
对于拟更名的原因，龙蟒佰利表示，为使公司名称与公司业务板块集团化运作的发展战略相匹配，同时也为引导投资者准确理解公司业务及战略，保护投资者权益，故龙蟒佰利拟变更公司名称及证券简称。
