近日，张家楼南北通道工程建设项目用地申报申请书获批复。批复称，同意将青岛市黄岛区12.6791公顷农用地、0.1405公顷未利用地转为建设用地并征收，同时征收0.3131公顷建设用地，总计土地 13.1327 公顷，并将该宗土地使用权划拨给青岛西海岸新区城市管理局，用于张家楼南北通道工程建设项目。
土地所属为青岛市黄岛区张家楼街道王家洼子村、小泥沟头村、张家楼村、张家屯村。
