“湖洋蒸鸡”是福建省龙岩市上杭县湖洋镇的特色美食，也是闽西客家名菜。近年来，当地政府积极推动鸡苗孵化、养殖等产业链发展，带动老百姓在家门口致富，全镇“湖洋蒸鸡”产业链年产值上亿元。
