新的《上海市非机动车安全管理条例》将于2021年5月1日起正式施行。新《条例》在非机动车通行、停放等方面有了新的相关规定。另外，对快递、外卖等网约配送行业电动自行车及互联网租赁自行车的安全管理也做了详细的规定。我们一起来划重点，详见图解~
