据路透社援引消息人士联系，大连万达计划年底前为旗下商业地产管理业务融资200亿人民币（约合30亿美元）。
消息人士称，万达将首先为估值2000亿人民币的万达轻资产商业管理公司（Wanda Light Asset Commercial Management Co）寻找私人投资商。
然而，万达及其财务顾问吸引的投资商认为这一估值过高。
消息人士称，万达计划在7月前结束筹款，并于9月申请IPO。
万达未暂未对此信息发表评论。
