项目用地面积10.3万平方米，总建筑面积约18.5万平方米，学校分两期交付使用。项目经广州市政府批复授名，作为国家级示范性高中，建设后将代表黄埔区最高办学水平，列入了“建党100周年献礼”项目名单，属于广州市黄埔区重点民生工程。（完）
