榆林最新房地产市场调控政策：
第一，榆林住建局将通过正在建设的商品房预售管理系统，对预售商品房进行实名制管理，严防房屋预购人利用预售商品房进行炒买炒卖行为，全面提高房地产市场透明度。
第二，榆林住建局暂不会出台房地产市场领域的限购政策，榆林住建局将在今后房地产市场调控政策制定过程中，根据榆林市的实际情况适时向市委市政府提出相关建议。
