证券时报e公司讯，商务部消息，4月8日，美国Celanese公司及其关联公司依据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定，向美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）提起337调查申请，指控对美出口、在美进口或在美销售的特定高效甜味剂、其制造方法及其下游产品侵犯其专利权，请求ITC发布有限排除令和禁止令。中国、美国13家企业涉案。
