北京市气象台监测显示，目前，海淀、东城、西城、门头沟、石景山五个区的花粉浓度处于6级极高水平，其他区域的花粉浓度相对较低，建议对花粉过敏者尽量避免前往花粉浓度较高的区域，并采取积极有效的防护措施，如出现重度过敏症状需及时就医。
