中证网讯（记者 罗晗）3月31日晚间，赣锋锂业发布公告称，公司董事会同意行使“赣锋转2”有条件赎回权。根据安排，“赣锋转2”的停止交易和转股日为2021年5月12日，5月11日收市后仍未转股的“赣锋转2”将被强制赎回，赎回价格为100.23元/张。3月31日，赣峰转2收于162.49元，转股溢价率为3.90%。
